Official Guidelines

Rules & Format

  • UG POSTER PRESENTATION – RULES & FORMATS

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate, interns, post-interns of MBBS/BDS from MCI/NMC recognized colleges.

Abstract Submission

  • Submit abstract via email by 14th December 2025.
  • Only one abstract per delegate
    (If not selected for paper → can be presented as poster under research category).
  • Attestation by guiding faculty must be attached at the end of the abstract.
  • Poster categories:

Original Research Study

Case Study / Case Series

  • Submission format: PDF only, file name = 1st author delegate ID.
  • Word limit: 300 words (excluding references).
  • Team size: 1–3 authors
    • Presentation only by main author, Q&A by all.
  • Screening by senior faculty committee.
  • Only selected abstracts qualify for oral poster presentation.
  • Committee decision is final & not reconsidered.
  • Results announcement: 25th December 2025
  • Final poster submission deadline: 5th January 2026
  • Poster format: E-Poster, landscape, 1920×1080 px
  • Presentation time: 5 min total
    • 3 min presentation + 2 min Q&A
